Long-term goal weight

147 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Staying consistent with water intake and my nutrition plan. Not allowing junk food into my house or my body. I have been bad with candy and processed sugar and chocolate lately. I need to zone into my nutrition plan more and be more prepared and zoned in! At least I am getting on the scale and have a good goal weight to strive for. So I am happy
