What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
In June 2018 I was 202.4 then I began Bright Line Eating and the weight has melted off. Now that I’ve found BLE I do not believe it will be challenging at all. At this time in BLE I’m not allowed to exercise but when I reach maintenance I will be able to so I am looking forward to that.
