I like my reflection

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

The last two weeks have been really emotional and I did go into the emotional eating and the scale fear

I'm really disappointed in myself that I did not get down to my goal and at least get to 150 it kept fluctuating. But I want to get over it I can't get over it but become stronger after the anniversary of my husband's death and get down to 145 by next month

I just go in my closet and pick anything I want to wear I'm definitely lost so many inches it's crazy good

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Maybe not stress at 8 but I did turn down food couple times us another nsv and I negative but not really is my husband is one year and I had a cupcake every day in honor of him cuz he love cupcakes

I'm getting to 150 it just takes me longer I have a very slow metabolism and the medicine I'm on but I'm not going to give up

My white what up but my pants fell down everything's too big

I'm confused because this is like phase 4 is it a build, it must be a bill because I am not losing weight I'm losing inches. What I could do better is eat specifically

I had to go out fast.. just grabbed first outfit and left. No more trying on to see if too tight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Snacks at night. Emotional eating. Plateaus. But , I am going to not let that stop me. My loss of my husband , the best of me.. this journey we started.. and I am going to finish what he believed I could do.
