The last two weeks have been really emotional and I did go into the emotional eating and the scale fear

I'm really disappointed in myself that I did not get down to my goal and at least get to 150 it kept fluctuating. But I want to get over it I can't get over it but become stronger after the anniversary of my husband's death and get down to 145 by next month
