Non-scale victory of the week!
It wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be sticking gf, dairy restricted eating. I only had dairy, parm cheese, on Monday and Friday. I am feeling positive. Even though my start weight was more when I actually started, on Monday, I wasn't able to get pics until Sat, 6 days later and I am already down a few pounds so that is encouraging!

Try to add in a little exercise and definitely drink more water, regularly.
