I fell into the bathtub without my saddlebags touching the sides of the tub

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Move more. I came down with the flu so I couldn’t work out for five days straight. But I got in the gym last night and I just work four days in a row

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challeging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I get satisfied with losing (example) 10 lbs then I reward myself by eating whatever I want and not exercising and gaining it all back. Vicious cycle I’m looking to break. I either eat well and don’t exercise or exercise and eat like crap.
