I close to maintained despite a rough week. I fell down the stairs and injured myself which threw off my whole week!

Continue blending in as much exercise as I can as my injury recovers. Stay on point with nutrition!! I am feeling great!

Non-scale victory of the week!

The holidays were tough, but I tried to wait a couple of days to let my weight fall down a bit before weighing in. I wanted the weigh in to be realistic. I don’t do these challenges for the money, I do them to lose weight. I want to challenge myself as much as possible and I want the 4% to come off of my actual weight and not something inflated from the holidays. I do think I gained muscle so I think that’s where my weight is up a little bit from the last round, but I’m excited to see it go down 4% if that’s what my body wants to do in the next couple of weeks!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have company so my nutrition hasn’t been 100% on point. Also I was sick so my workouts suffered ..

I gave myself a flex day on Saturday but came back strong Sunday and Monday resisting the temptations that come after a flex day!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Waiting to weigh in. My weight was up significantly from the holidays and I didn’t want to start with a “false” starting weight. I wanted to trust myself to actually lose 4% of my REAL starting weight without the holiday Bloat. My starting weight is after 3 days of clean eating. (About 3 lbs less than If I’d weighed in sooner)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Rebooted my nutrition on Monday, wish I had done it sooner! But I’ve stayed on track and that is what matters.
