Waiting to weigh in. My weight was up significantly from the holidays and I didn’t want to start with a “false” starting weight. I wanted to trust myself to actually lose 4% of my REAL starting weight without the holiday Bloat. My starting weight is after 3 days of clean eating. (About 3 lbs less than If I’d weighed in sooner)
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Rebooted my nutrition on Monday, wish I had done it sooner! But I’ve stayed on track and that is what matters.
