Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve made time to work out 14 out of the last 17 days!!! Also have been eating my chia seed pudding for breakfast every day!! It’s helped me curb my snacking and given me more energy throughout the day!!

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Having 4 young kids I find I have no self control when it comes to eating their snacks. Also trying to find the time to have a half hour to myself. My monsters are between 10 months and 7 years and 1 of them is always acting as a stage 5 clinger.

I have to stay on top of eating healthy and making time for myself and not get lazy. Also I did burpees today without popping my knee out and I know that I’m able to read a book and ride an exercise bike at the same time! :P
