Non-scale victory of the week!
This week went better with making my lunches - having pho and Greek yogurt with almonds, blue berries and coconut. My partner made the most delicious baked beans, steak and pork roast - but I don’t think his southern cooking helped my waist line! I am drinking more water at work.
