Rode my farthest on my bicycle. Over 8 miles, was able to wear an old favorite pair of shorts

I've consistently tracked my calories and had at least an 1000 calorie deficit since Saturday. Even on the days I can't go to the gym, I've gone on walks around the neighborhood
