Ok. Last 2 days, no binge. I stay vigilant! Because I have so much to lose, the first weeks numbers are going to look amazing, but as a percentage isn't really that much. I need 160 lbs off this body and I don't even know if it's possible. I may have to adjust my long term goal but I'll worry about that when it gets closer.

But, I'll wallow in the knowledge that have kept the binge at bay 2 days, and going on 3. Push on, warriors!

Meghan, I'll get that one next. Cassie, the old school WW range had me listed as 184# on the high side. I think I'd look like I was sick at that weight so I've imagined myself at 220#. Considering that I'd have to lose the weight of a whole lean woman just to get there, I'll take the small wins every time! You can do it Cassie! We all can!

How tall are you Noxide? I can’t imagine you’d look sickly at 184!

Yay! I got my first Fitbit device! A charge 3.
Boo! It's not remotely accurate counting my steps.
Thinking of wearing it around my ankle instead of my wrist. Anyone wear theirs different ways, or know tips for better step count accuracy?

Thanks. I don't have another tracker. This Fitbit is the first device I've ever gotten. It seems really sensitive and over counting movements as steps when I'm just using my hands to do things standing still.

Amanda T.

I have to wear mine on my non dominant hand because it even counts drying my hair as steps. When it's on my left hand, it's more accurate for me. I have one of the older versions, Charge HR. So idk about the newer versions, but I definitely advise putting it on your non-dominant hand.

Where is the best place you have found to purchase larger work out tank tops? I usually get a 2X from JCP but their options are really sparse. I would prefer an online method but I hate to risk it being a very small 2X. Any online spots you guys already know and love? I only wear racerback tank tops

Target has great workout stuff. It’s cheap and that’s mostly what I wear. I believe they’ve added a ton of plus size stuff in recent years

I buy almost all my workout clothes at Ross, TjMaxx, and Marshalls. Especially since they'll be too big in a couple months!

I went to my doctor this morning for advice on ice-pick headaches and when I told her I lost 39 lbs, she got up and shook my hand :D. Made me feel so proud!

This is going to be a tough month for me--i sprained my ankle last Friday and have been instructed to stay off of it to let it heal. It's hard to burn calories when you aren't supposed to be active.

Seated dancing like in the car when no ones looking, focus on the upper body weights, stretching

My first dietbet I was 2 weeks post op from a thyroidectomy and couldn't work out but I still made goal. Weight loss is 80% diet. It's hard but doable! Don't be discouraged!

1st day road update! I hope you guys don't get disturbed by me writing updates during this business trip. I am trying to keep myself accountable.
I ate like a champ yesterday with no slippage at all. Every time I considered eating unhealthy, the thought quickly evaporated. Thanks for your support gang! Now on to day 2! See you tomorrow! #ketostrong #dontfailtoplan

Ky, have you thought of making an Instagram page tracking your weight loss journey? I made one two weeks ago and the support and accountability is soooo helpful!

Meghan F.

How was today, Ky? It’s hardest for me to stick to my eating plan when my schedule and routine get messed. I really appreciate your posts and updates! I don’t post a lot, but I enjoy reading other people’s.

Enchiladas..I make them with xtreme wellness tortillas, ground turkey or shredded chicken breast, can use fat free cheese, enchilada sauce and top with salsa, plain fat free Greek yogurt instead of sour cream (literally tastes identical), jalapeños if you like some heat, and whatever else you like on top. It’s also cheap and super fast to make! I follow Felicia Keathley’s weight watcher enchiladas YouTube video.

I keep it simple baked or air fryer chicken, fish, seafood, broiled steak, on salad or cauliflower rice, vegetable cabbage soup, sometimes cottage cheese or boiled egg instead of meat. I keep picked eggs in my fridge, they come in handy for a protien if I'm 2 lazy to cook.
