I lost 5 pounds in one day with the stomach virus and gained 6 lbs the day after it ended. I don't even know how bc I've worked out every day and stayed at my calorie goal. I'm chalking it up to my body recovering. I'll keep doing what I do and I know I'll see the results I want!

I completely blew all my work in one week. My daughter had my first grand baby. I was there with her and not eating well. I made goal but now I’m starting over. It’s okay though. I will not be defeated. I’ve worked out twice this week. I’m back on track for my food intake. I will win. Don’t let setbacks stop you. We all stumble. Get back up, brush it off and move forward!

I submitted my weigh-in on the 11th. Too early! It got me disqualified because I didn’t repeat it on the 12th or 13th. I made my weight but lost the round! Let it be a warning to early birds. At least I made weight but still a bummer. To be fair I had push notifications telling me to submit my weight but assumed it was a bug 😭
