I am feeling better today after having surgery 10 days ago. It’s been tough finding the right foods to eat but I am back on the path.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not a lot since I am recovering from surgery.

Had a great week enjoying thanksgiving weekend with my family. Time to get back on the path one day at a time. I know what to do, now I just need to do it! GO!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I am not sure really. I think last week was about food and football and not worrying about what I was eating.
