Another 2.5 hours ... it starts at 12am Pacific standard time 10/14, then you have 48 hours to submit your weigh in.

I made it!! After a couple super intense workouts yesterday, combined eighth eating too little, I actually went up overnight. I got up at 5:30 to work out for 70 minutes before work, and I've been fasting since 7:30 last night. I brought my scale to work and did my weigh out on my lunch ... I made it with .1 lbs to spare!!!! I'm so hungry, finally eating my lunch ... a salad has never tasted so good!!

This morning, I had 1.1 pounds left to lose. I worked out this morning and again tonight, all cardio, no weights. Drank tons of water, stayed low carb, low sodium, low calorie with a decent deficit. I hope it's enough to push me over the edge tomorrow morning, or tomorrow will look much like today did. Good luck, all!

Soooo frustrated! 0.7 ounces to go this morning. I worked out for 70 minutes (cardio), and weighed again after a shower and blow drying my hair ... 0.3 pounds to go. Gonna work out another 70 minutes tonight and doeverything like yesterday ... here's hoping it's gone in the morning!!
