Non-scale victory of the week!
Went to my son's field trip and was able to keep up without feeling like I couldn't breathe.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
This last week was spot on with my walking a d food... I haven't weighed in as often as I wanted to because I had to travel a lot. I'm really close to my weight goal and have a few days left.
