Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to my son's field trip and was able to keep up without feeling like I couldn't breathe.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This last week was spot on with my walking a d food... I haven't weighed in as often as I wanted to because I had to travel a lot. I'm really close to my weight goal and have a few days left.

Went for a hike with my son. Was fun but exhausting.

I could have done a lot better. Ny food was not the best and I didn't have much activity.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Keeping with it and not quitting or falling back when I do lose weight. I have lost almost 100 lbs before and slid back and gained it all back over a couple years. I’m starting over.
