Non-scale victory of the week!

I put back 2lbs

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

resist late night temptations, last minute before bedtime I packed 350 calories... and thats after i had my late night snacks nuts/jello... etc

Non-scale victory of the week!

I made veggie soup every day loaded with all kind of non-starchy vegetables, and choice of any protein. For desert I have jello topped with whipped cream (in the can).... etc. what helps the most is that I pre-load MFP with my daily meals up to the level of my daily allowed calories...
