What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I had a date night where I ate anything I wanted and so I didn't lose what I wanted this week. What mattered was I still had fun and I'm still down from last week. I plan to be strict this week with IF, salads for lunch and shakes for dinner. I am aiming for 20 mins of cardio every day (Stationary bike) and have invested in dance classes to keep fitness fun. I have a trip coming up in 4 weeks and want to lose 5 more pounds.
