Kathleen, Please cut yourself some slack. When my ex (my kids' dad) died, I ate an entire 1/2 gallon of ice cream....Me & everyone else. I find I always have "reasons" for blowing off my diet. You actually do have a reason. What might help to get you back on track is to start your day with a super healthy breakfast. I can pack about 4 cups of sautéed vegetables with scrambled eggs or make a delicious smoothie that has 2 cups of raw spinach. Then get outside for a beautiful walk & send hugs to your loved ones.
