I managed to organize a proper meal for my family's end of the year celebration.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I've indulged myself with food a lot. Those end of the year reunions have been a lot for my system.

I have a couple of upcoming races and need to train hard for them. I will be running 12km tomorrow and hope to be able to run my first marathon in August .

I no longer feel ashamed of ordering a salad on a menu. I think I had the idea of it being dumb. But it is healthy and it's good for me so I am glad I'm taking good choices for my health

Ran my first half marathon: the Brooklyn half marathon and it was AWESOME!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Food and exercise. Was on vacation in NY for 11 days and did not worry about making the best decisions. But I certainly enjoyed my vacation!

Coach said I seem to be fit enough during boxing class!!! Also, clothes seem to be loose everywhere and this motivates me to get a sewing machine and fit all my oversized clothes

Food. I tend to be permissive with myself around food. Have not been too motivated to run. Will run a bit more and will leave from work at a proper time so I have more time for myself

I decided not to run a half marathon on may. Instead, I'll train and sign up for a half marathon in July. And on Friday I will be signing up to a 15k for june. I will start focusing on excersicing consistently towards endurance
