Wow, very encouraging post - even though you are suffering the 10 pound gain - I can totally relate. I want to join this new game "a dollar a day..." but, I'm unsure of the goal, ie what percentage I have to lose. Is it always 4% in four weeks. For every 4 week game?

Great write! Yes, I can totally relate which is why I hesitate to get into running again because it's what gets me in trouble in the first place. It's not the running it's the fact that I use it as an excuse to eat whatever. Thank you for sharing this!
