What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
My work schedule is all over the place, im day shift graveyard and alternate 12 hr per shift. Im working more than 60 hrs per week. Im struggling finding a routine with excercise and eating habits since im always on the go. I have low motivation since more often time im too tired or sleepy to really put an effort or care.
