I didn’t gain a bunch of weight

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I don’t know. I know stress is a weird thing and with the stress of grandma’s death I just did the best I could. Missed a few workouts due to being to busy crying.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I restarted my work in the transformation app. It really helps to have a structured plan on how to tackle this weight. So I’m proud I’ve stuck with it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have been more prepared in the kitchen but I had to wait till payday for grocery money so I made due with what I had.
