What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I got a cyst removed from my back so I’m in pain this week I can’t do any heavy lifting or anything soo.... yes I always lose kickstarters but I’ve been kicking the transformers butt! I’m 1 lb away from my kickstarter goal

Non-scale victory of the week!

I fit into smaller size pants (non stretch!)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I definitely could have exercised a little I mean I don’t feel good because of the antibiotics but I could start light exercises
