I've maintained my weight! Oh wait, that's not a NSV... I did a lot of cleaning, I got to spend time with my sister and her family, I bought some new socks

well my weight from last week is inaccurate cause I went on vacation and had no scale, but I made my goal! BARELY. I literally have to wait until my weigh-in is approved to have dinner. So proud of self rn

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

If I would have stayed on track on Thanksgiving I wouldn't have been so scared/ relying on luck today.

My pants that were SUPPOSED to be (used to be) way too big, are now just a little bit too big now. ?? Also, I did actually do a major bit of cleaning and I'm proud of myself for that.

I didn't exercise as much as I should have, I didn't lose as much weight as I was supposed to, and one day I flat-out ate like "normal"..
