Non-scale victory of the week!

Other people noticing. They say I look like I've lost weight but I think it's more because I'm walking a little taller .

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did great on water in the beginning of the week but I could've done better the latter part.

Sticking to last weeks goal of drinking more water. I want to get that down before moving to the next goal.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My mindset is changing. Food is not the enemy. I’m learning the science behind keeping my body in check by fueling it, thus making it easier to choose better food and/or keeping in moderation those foods that aren’t ideal.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have noticed in drinking more water, I am becoming more sensitive to the thirst sensation. However, I still need to drink more water. One goal at a time... exercising is next up.
