Non-scale victory of the week!

Made StepBet and Fitbit goals all week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Been off keto for the last 2 weeks. Not even ketoish and it has sucked ass! This is the heaviest I've been since losing the 30 lbs. hopefully this water weight comes off fast and my healthy eating habits return for good!

Can't remember the last time I was a XS for anything, but here I am with a new coat and shirts (courtesy of my mommy).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My diet was terrible this week, with a Thanksgiving work pot luck and family fest, yikes!

Met my FitBit goals everyday. Averaged 10K or more steps and had a teeny bit more sleep.

Just need to eat cleaner. No more candy!
