Despite not being able to workout much with an injured shoulder I was able to still stay active

I was about to stick to a meal plan except for Friday when I went out with friend for dinner. My clothes are fitting a lot looser and I need to buy a new work uniform; a size down.

I was doing good, I won my last DietBet but then I splurged for Valentine’s Day and gained back a few pounds and retained a bunch of water.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have celebrated in moderation. I contributed my workout routine and hope that the water retention will go down in a couple days.

I went from a size large workout pants to a size med! And some of my shirts and bras are now a med as well depending on the the stretch

I had a lot of stress at work and at home so my sleep schedule was disrupted a lot

I went on vacation for 9 days and ditched my diet. I am bloated and off track.
