What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This is a loaded question because there's been a lot going on in my life I think what I could have done better is to control the emotional eating that's my biggest issue at this point is not stuffing my face when I'm pissed off or when I'm too happy or sad or God just about anything but my goal is to get my emotions in check a little bit until stop using them as an excuse to stuff food in my face. Well folks this is my truth and this is me being as vulnerable as I have ever been in my entire damn life but if Lexie can do it I can do it too. This is the real me out of control trying to figure out how to do this thing for my dietbet I have to lose 20#in a month to win it just seems like an impossible number. What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Keep a journal, I hate taking the time to write stuff down I would much rather be painting or sculpting or during one of the many activities I do then sit down and journal about my food in my feelings. guess I'm going to have to get over that if I want to really get serious about losing my weight you can probably tell I didn't wake up on the right side of the bed this morning but I'm working on having a positive attitude I would love to be in a point someday in my life where I can be where Lexie's at and say hey I've lost 300 pounds and you know my biggest concern at that point would be getting my skin surgeries done because like Lexie I'm going to have to have my arms done my legs done my belly and my butt and my boobs done. not something I'm looking forward to but for health reasons a lot of it's going to be needed. The good news of the day is that I evidently have one a KitchenAid mixer from dietbet I'm not much of a baker but I do make these meringue cookies that are sugar free and 10 calories each for the vanilla ones and 25 calories each for the chocolate ones and they're big like 5 in across so when years got crazy cravings and you need something crunchy you can grab a meringue cookie says her be one of the first things I'll do with it I hope you guys are all having an amazing day in California we are literally watching the state burn down so I am on my way this morning to pick up donations from a church that I go to and take them over to the fire station to donate for the fireman because they're literally running out of everything so why not help them out all right blessings!
