10,000 steps each day last month. Really proud of that. Sure it is sad to not win the race last month, BUT, I didn’t gain weight over the holidays! I lost weight, just not to the goal. New month, new year, new goal. I’m all in. I turn 61 in April and I’d like to be 160 lbs.
