It was my birthday and I was able to eat healthy! I’m going into 30 in the “30s” (138)!!! I could not be more excited or feel better!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I’m very proud of myself this week, but it was hard to balance the gym with my birthday celebrations, but I went to the gym with friends for my birthday one day!
