Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Staying motivated. I’m great all week and then it seems to all go out the window once the weekend comes. I lost 80lbs two years ago and would like to lose 20 more. I’ve been plateaued for almost 3 years!!! At least I haven’t gained, but I’m definitely not in as good of shape as I was when I lost all the weight. Exercise is def going to be a priority.
