What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I struggle with binge eating induced by a perfection mentality. If something didn't go right that day/as planned, or if I slipped up somehow (eating something off plan, over eating, missing a workout, etc.) I give up and binge and just "start again tomorrow". I also struggle with finding motivation to keep going being at the weight I am at, I want results NOW and when I don't see them it discourages me.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Get onto a better sleep schedule, stick to my macros, stay away from junk/processed foods, no binging, and get my exercise in including my 10,000 steps 5x/wk.
