Worked out 7 days this week to close my rings!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Saying no... ugh! Eating trash when we go out to dinner and alcohol makes me feel sick for days afterwards. Also I need to stop fixating on the BMI chart :(

Found a local business that offers meal prepping and the food is great!! Glad we will have this as an option on nights we don’t want to cook!
