Whilst the difference is not yet very noticeable. I’m definitely feeling much more comfortable in my clothes

I had 3 days where I just felt ‘meh’ and I didn’t walk or go to gym, but I still ate well so I’m not going to beat myself up about it

I went to the gym a bit more than last week and resisted alcohol and party food

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn’t go on enough walks this week. It’s also shark week. Next week I need to move more and make my Fitbit happy
