Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

With 2 full time jobs and being a full time student I’m finding it most challenging to give my body what it needs most!! 1) A good meal. Somedays its 2 or 3 days before I eat, so I know my body stores it. 2) Good sleep! Right now my average sleep is a good 6 hours after being awake for a full 72hrs. And because of this I drink way to much caffeine to keep me going... 3) I have had a FULL hysterectomy so I wonder if I’ll ever be at a healthy weight again

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I’m not sure, I don’t know where to start to be honest!! I hear ALL the time, you need to eat right (more) and you must get sleep!! Or even though you get 15,000 steps a day it’s not working out so you need to work out... I KNOW WHAT the problem is!! Will I ever be able to find someone to help me create a solution?!?!? Who WANTS to work 2 full time jobs and go to nursing school?? Who wants to only get to sleep for 6 hours after being up continuously for over 3 days??? Not this girl!! Lol so the “solutions” I’m being told is from a viewpoint that makes me feel no one I have gone to see cares enough about ME as an individual! Or my life. Theses so called solutions are cookie-cutter ones...
