Non-scale victory of the week!

Was super upset that I wasn't losing weight just continued what I doing. Then realized it was my period that was causing me to have all the hold water weight. So even thought today was a scale victory but just the fact that I didn't push harder I still got results

Better food choices. I've been choosing pizza and pasta when. I should be eating more veggies

Non-scale victory of the week!

Started doing crunches. I can feel the burn even though it not alot of work. I tell myself it better than nothing. I do ten knee taps and that. Ten leg lifts but I have to do them in 5and5 because the are hard. I also tried planking for ten seconds I'm going to keep it up.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Actually use my gym membership. I'm wasting $23 every month and I haven't been there since January. That's $70 down the drain.

During pizza club I only ate half of what I normally do.

Again with drinking alcohol. I drank way to much last night to where I was throwing up at 3am.

Making broth. I'm excited that I decided to make a bunch of bone broth I have two pots going one in the instant pot and then one in the normal on stove pot. excited to see what one taste better or if they taste the same regardless I will have broth to break my fast for as long as I can use it.

I haven't been to the gym in a long time but I've been working out with my fitness boxing.

To continue with my intermental fasting. It helps me regulate how much I actually eat and shows me that I don't need as much food as I thought I did. I'm currently on a 20 hour fast and I still don't feel hungry.

I started intermittent fasting and today I had my first 24-hour fast.

Drinking. And having it being St Patty's day tomorrow. I'm scared t see where I take myself.

I got my house clean. All I have to do is go to Goodwill and the Dump. Than my house will be complete. Minus all the daily cleaning I'll have to do from now and forever. I wish life would be a fair and he would either keep it clean with me or just do something like pay more rent which is too much for him cause I have DirecTV. Fuck him. He watches it too.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Doing fitness boxing, I didn't do it for a full week, yet I have done it for the last two days. Going to work really helps my motivation about getting fit. Also my two day binge didn't help. I ate so.kuch and didn't stop even know it was going to be hard to get the weight off. Right back to where I started

This has been a bad week so I can't say I've made any NSVs. I Iver ate almost every day and now I feel Gross.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have stopped eating when I knew I was full. Should have said no to shots and beer but I didnt. Today I'll start again.
