Non-scale victory of the week!

Talking about fitness with others, mostly my close friend Kay. She is finally seeing her lifestyle is unhealthy. I feel like my actions are finally setting in with her and im glad im getting healthy and helping other at the same time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Alcohol! I need to avoid it. I took more that five drinks including shot yesterday.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to the gym by myself. I had the time on Thursday and I took it. It was just 30mins but im still proud

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Food, Eatting. Last night and the night before I ate way too. And drank too much.

Talking. Yesterday I stepped up and started talking about my career. well doing that I may have found a opportunity to cook form people on a more personal basis. I'm excited to see where it goes now.

Lessening my drinking. It's going to be hard stop drinking so one less beer of time.

I didn't take home biscuits and gravy this week.

I could have resisted a bit harder on snacking on the line this week.

After my ankle heals I want to make it back to the gym and do what I did last week and take an hour instead of 10 minutes.

What do you find most challeging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Working in a kitchen. Having access to as much food as I want to a hard temptation. I need to talk about so the problem goes away.
