Non-scale victory of the week!

Making broth. I'm excited that I decided to make a bunch of bone broth I have two pots going one in the instant pot and then one in the normal on stove pot. excited to see what one taste better or if they taste the same regardless I will have broth to break my fast for as long as I can use it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I haven't been to the gym in a long time but I've been working out with my fitness boxing.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To continue with my intermental fasting. It helps me regulate how much I actually eat and shows me that I don't need as much food as I thought I did. I'm currently on a 20 hour fast and I still don't feel hungry.

I started intermittent fasting and today I had my first 24-hour fast.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drinking. And having it being St Patty's day tomorrow. I'm scared t see where I take myself.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I got my house clean. All I have to do is go to Goodwill and the Dump. Than my house will be complete. Minus all the daily cleaning I'll have to do from now and forever. I wish life would be a fair and he would either keep it clean with me or just do something like pay more rent which is too much for him cause I have DirecTV. Fuck him. He watches it too.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Doing fitness boxing, I didn't do it for a full week, yet I have done it for the last two days. Going to work really helps my motivation about getting fit. Also my two day binge didn't help. I ate so.kuch and didn't stop even know it was going to be hard to get the weight off. Right back to where I started

This has been a bad week so I can't say I've made any NSVs. I Iver ate almost every day and now I feel Gross.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have stopped eating when I knew I was full. Should have said no to shots and beer but I didnt. Today I'll start again.

I trained a employee to cook brunch! Now I won't have to work every weekend. And and I didn't drink beer all week.

Sunday, yesterday I got really drunk. I puked. Not my best

For the last week I've been doing Fitness boxing on the switch and OMG is changed my life.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

On Sunday I shouldn't have ate as much as I did even though it was the super bowl. It cost me to lose this last challenge which I had in hand so pretty sad about that.

I'm going to keep the streak going up Fitness boxing and keep on doing it every morning when I can if not I'll try to do it later in the day. I'm going to continue watching what I eat and recording it on my Fitbit app. I honestly wish there was more I could do adding a day in the gym maybe. I don't know I just want more support if I could get it in any way shape or form. Honestly I just wish Jakob would enjoy working out with me

Jacob and I made beef stew last night and I'm not sure if it's healthy or not but it's way better than going to eat out whenever I'm hungry. That would be mine on victory this week. I decided not to go eat at a restaurant and came home and ate food here. I'm pretty proud of myself

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Honestly I could have been a lot nicer to people. I know it's not part of weight loss but it does help mentally and if you're happier person you probably are going to be able to go out and work out make yourself feel better. So this week I want to be happier but doesn't everybody.

On Monday I want to walk to the gym and work out in the morning and try to make it a routine. It's only a mile from my house and if I walk it starts up my cardio and I won't have to get on the treadmill when I get there

Talking about fitness with others, mostly my close friend Kay. She is finally seeing her lifestyle is unhealthy. I feel like my actions are finally setting in with her and im glad im getting healthy and helping other at the same time.

Alcohol! I need to avoid it. I took more that five drinks including shot yesterday.

I went to the gym by myself. I had the time on Thursday and I took it. It was just 30mins but im still proud

Food, Eatting. Last night and the night before I ate way too. And drank too much.
