Non-scale victory of the week!

SCALE victory of the week: I "whooshed" and finally lost real weight, after more than a month! I think those 2 pounds are gone for good now. so happy!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I don't really know... I was hungry all the time these past 10 days, it just got better. I still ate only keto, but way too much carbs some days. I feel it's better now, getting back on track.

I had a good attitude during the plateau, and it paid off! Some pants are way too big now. Feels good

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had to make alterations to pants because they didn't fit anymore! Also felt confident enough that a cute top now fits me and wearing it right now.

Non-scale victory of the week!

2 other parties, no cheating. Just tiny bites of what I'm not allowed (that crème brûlée was good, too!!!). The scale agreed with me so everything's good. I really think though that I'm hungrier after a 30-40 g carbs day, so I really need to watch out.

Not face planting on the sidewalk, now my knee hurt AGAIN
