Ate less during the super bowl. Instead of eating the dip as a main course, I only had a few bites and didn't eat passed lunch

This week I was really tempted to buy fast food (comfort food) but instead picked up frozen chicken tenders and fries and made them at home. Though they are still high in sodium, I think that making the change to not go in a drive through is success.

This weeks victory was staying away from any type of fast food. I made salads to take to work and cut out more than half of the bread I usually eat.

This week I could have drank more water. Overall though I think I was right on track.

Considering that its Thanksgiving week, I feel good. My clothes are fitting better. I feel like I need to focus on drinking more water
