Non-scale victory of the week!

I had to work really hard to reach goal. I’m noticing my stamina increasing. This encourages me to do what I can daily, because as each day goes by I’ll be able to do more.

I worked so hard at making myself active. Even when it hurt, I did a few, rested, did a few, rested etc.

Yes. I got hurt and I lay in bed a lot. I wish I would have made myself eigther walk, or cut more calories.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went out to eat a few times and I brought 3/4 of the meal home to eat in two other meals. Proud of me.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wanted to still lose between diet bets, but didn’t, so I delayed weighing in. :(

My jeans have loosened up.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I want my weight to be closer to goal by week 3, so I won’t have to push so hard. I guess in the end I’m proud of me though.

My goal is to keep counting calories so I won’t gain between DietBets. I’m challenging myself to lose 4 lbs between now and the next diet bet.
