Non-scale victory of the week!

I've managed to fit in enough "treats" to my daily intake that I'm feeling really good about things. I also went on a walk when I felt anxious instead of binging!!

I could have exercised more often.

This next week I really want to make sure I get my exercise in. I'm hoping to start going on a quick walk in the mornings before or immediately after my Zoom meetings.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Black and white thinking. I have an eating disorder and it is extremely difficult to do anything in moderation, whether it's exercise or eating. It's all or nothing, and even healthy steps trigger that thinking.
