Working out everyday despite my shin splints!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating. It's constantly my struggle so I need to make smaller goals to get me there.

Keep up the exercise and mend for my shins, but really focus on food!

Had a day where I wanted to skip the gym, instead I went and I went for a run that I didn't feel like doing and pushed myself so hard!

Eating! Feel victim to some cravings this week!

This week hasn't shown the progress on food that I wanted. Take this week to really DELAY when it comes to food choices and make a better one.

My clothes are so loose!!! And a colleague noticed that I'm looking slimmer!

Focus on food! To help, less eating out and up the step goal to 8k. Both should help to keep calories for the day lower.

Feeling energized while running and feeling like I could go longer! Also totally killed it when we went out to a concert by avoiding bad food and moderating the drinking.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Shortest 1 mile run this week as I upped my run program!!! Really proud of my calories for the week - had a cheat meal and made up for that in the couple days after. Really proud of how I avoided popcorn too, very tempted many days, but I did it!

More weights in my workouts instead of just cardio!

Meeting goals on Fitbit Mon-Thurs (all going green) enough to cancel out my celebration on Friday.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Committing to better food choices on the weekend. When I can't get in a solid workout, food choices need to be better.

Worked out 5 days!!! Even though I was busy and didn't have much time, I still got in quick workouts! I also logged a fastest 1 mile run this week - Woohoo!

Food! I really need to watch what I'm eating and try to get in more healthy food and smaller portions!
