Smaller portions more frequently and better hydration approach with infused flavored waters. Lime, lemon and cucumber or mint

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still keep pushing myself to do more specific areas of the body exercise. Tone up and muscle up more cardio helps lose the weight .

Non-scale victory of the week!

Had back set with cold, rainy weather and stress ate on the run with empty liquid calories. But was able to realize the trigger and started have a glass of water instead.

Not give into "want versus need".

Able to get 3, 10 minute work out videos each day. Stretching, kickboxing and taking stairs versus elevator.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Had small set back eating on Wednesday due ti gastroparesis but luckily able to keep most intake down for the needed energy.

Took stairs versus elevator up and down, did 20 minute work out video of 10 min cardio, 10 min stretching before kids got up each morning.

Find more ways to incorporate water versus drinking due to gastroparesis.
