Managed to stay in a calorie deficit all week! And got 10,000 steps almost everyday

Non-scale victory of the week!

Did a work out yesterday even though I was tired!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I definitely overate and ate foods I probably shouldn’t have. I also skipped a couple workouts I definitely could have fit in.

Had a fun and healthy weekend! Didn’t overeat or eat out but still had delicious meals and meal prepped on Sunday.

Go to bed early and get up early. Track my calories and stay within range. Continue to eat paleo. Continue with intermittent fasting. Do something active a minimum of 3x per week. Stretch every day.
