After two weeks of being stressed out, sick and eating kid food I finally decided to come back to DietBet and get back on track.

When we did eat out I avoided fried foods which I love!

I didn’t work out, I didn’t drink enough water and I ate way way too many simple carbs

I really enjoyed spending time with family and friends. I worked out on thanksgiving!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Oh man! I totally failed at Turkey day and having vacation time with my family. My eating was atrocious and I Didn’t move as much as I wanted.

Long-term goal weight

170 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Maintaining the loss. In the past I have lost up to 25 lbs get excited, a cheat day turns into a cheat month, then holidays or vacation and boom I am back to where I started. I am so tres of the yo-yo
