What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Yes, I could have to do better this week. I had pneumonia and with my asthma i felt all week so weak. But I pushed myself into some home workout (modified version) and I ate so clean. Actually I'm proud of myself in this week.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals for the upcoming week... First of all I would like to push back myself into the high intensity workout 6days in the week (if I won't be sick ofc) and I would like to make and try some new low carb, high protein meals.

It's Christmas time but I working out 6 times in the week very hard. I keep my diet and my calorie deficit. I can do this!
