I drank a ton of water!

Not ate the cheese dip at the football party Sunday. That really set me back, holy salt bloat!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Not eating all the cookies at Christmas! And no seconds!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not ate the banana cream pie at Christmas... but it's only once a year so I'm not upset I did. If I dont indulge occasionally then I know I will fail. I didnt get to run as much as I wanted though.

I didnt ear any of the cookies at work! Woohoo! And ran 2 miles so far 2 days in the morning!

Not ate a few gingerbread cookies at home... when the legs broke off lol.
