Not feeling guilty when I indulged. It’s all or nothing with me normally but I’m finding I’m more able to ‘treat’ myself and get right back on track rather than it snowballing into a massive binge.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Realising that I can improve my relationship with the scale. I believe I will be able to accept weight fluctuations as normal and not get down about slight weight gains. I have come to this realisation thanks to the diet bet community sharing their stories. Seeing other people’s graphs showing ups and downs in their weight but but an overall drop has been incredibly helpful in this realisation.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not let myself get too hungry, which then lead to eating things that weren’t on my plan.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Keeping up the momentum and motivation. Not slipping back into old habits of overeating, eating too much sugar and not exercising. The thought of how many times I’ve tried to maintain a healthy weight, only to gain it all back again.

Use the rebounder twice a day, everyday. Drink about 3 litres of water daily. Concentrate on relaxing the tension in my body. Deep breathing.
