Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't stress eat a bunch of food when my kids got a stomach bug this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wanted to exercise more, but child illnesses kept me from going since they weren't healthy enough for the child watch. I could have done some at home workouts, but I didn't.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Rewiring my brain to accept healthier habits for the long term. I can do anything for a little while but I have always fallen back into unhealthy, carb heavy habits.
