My "old faithful" jeans I've had for FOREVER are too big as of yesterday when I tried to wear them to work. They can go up/down without buttoning & zipping. its a good day...a sad day...but a good day.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Christmas shopping on Sunday was a disaster for eating. It started with breakfast (which I don't usually eat) then went downhill from there. There were boiled peanuts, roasted peanuts, mini cinnamon donuts cooked fresh from the flea market vendor, hot pork rinds, French fries. Yea I acted all a fool.

My exercise is on point & im proud to say I had 5 days of yoga last week which was a goal for me (to increase my yoga practice). My intake was...meh. Coulda been better. Fasting till noon is my only saving grace. I've gotten lax with my carni-Keto diet. I do & I feel so much better when I stick to animal-based food.
