Non-scale victory of the week!

I have 2 days to weigh in. This was actually a fun way to be accountable. I really enjoyed this first challenge.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didnt work out as much as I wanted and I went out 3 nights to parties and food events...

Non-scale victory of the week!

Well the scale has moved a little and that makes me want to work harder. I will give a big effort for this last week!

I ate candy a few times and I could have worked out a little more
