I always tend to lose about 15lbs in my first month of a diet then can’t keep it up and put it all back on again

Gym membership starts tomorrow so I intend to go Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning for about 40 mins. Zumba on thursday. Stick to a healthy diet, no late night eating and bed before midnight each night.
