Non-scale victory of the week!

Got at it and accomplished my goal of getting moving sooner in the morning, resulting in more steps!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Went to bed a lot earlier, I stayed up too late most nights and didn’t get enough sleep which made me a little sluggish in the mornings.

Had to retire a pair of “fat girl pants” because they just got too big

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Got off the couch more, definitely needed more movement especially over the weekend.

Really get moving sooner in the day. Try to have a more positive attitude even when things are sucking in life.

My ugly workout shorts are getting loose! When I started they were skin tight so something good must be happening ;)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could spend less time on the couch and more time just moving in general. I use my workouts to get in all my activity and then do nothing the rest of the day/night. Makes for looooong workouts.

Move more earlier in the day. Try to get more sleep, well...better sleep.
